Couples Compatibility Quiz (the "Service") is operated by Fat Cattitude, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By submitting the quiz, you confirm that both you and your partner are at least 18 and reside in the United States.
If you invite a partner to participate, you represent that you have their consent to do so. Both participants are bound by these terms by submitting answers.
The Service lets two people answer questions separately and privately, then reveals how they each answered, side by side. Basic question results are free. Deeper question results require a one-time payment, shown at checkout.
The unlock fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment per session, with the amount displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a payment, you authorize the charge.
We do not offer refunds once deeper results have been revealed.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving deeper results, we reserve the right to terminate access to the session and recover any associated fees.
Your quiz answers are private. We do not read, sell, or share them. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and deleted.
By submitting answers, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, compare, and display your responses solely as needed to operate the Service — for example, to compute matches and present results to you and your partner. This license is scoped to operating the Service and does not authorize any other use of your content.
The questions, quiz structure, scoring logic, written copy, design, and software that make up the Service are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
You agree not to:
You acknowledge that the questions and results may address sensitive topics — including but not limited to intimacy, finances, family, and future plans — and that responses may reveal differences or disagreements between you and your partner. By using the Service, you accept this risk.
Some questions reference activities that may carry physical risk. Pursuing any matched activity is at your own discretion and responsibility, and we make no representation that any practice depicted or referenced in the Service is safe for you or your partner.
The Service is for entertainment and personal insight. Results are not a substitute for relationship counseling or professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of compatibility assessments.
You and your partner are solely responsible for how you choose to interpret, discuss, or act on the results. We are not responsible for any disagreements, emotional distress, relationship conflict, separation, or other consequences arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our officers, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of the Service, (b) your breach of these terms, (c) any false representation regarding age or partner consent, or (d) any claim brought by your partner or a third party related to your participation in the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms or conduct we believe is harmful to the Service or other users. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
The Service is offered solely to residents of the United States. The Service is not directed at, intended for, or offered to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any other jurisdiction where the offering of the Service or its content would be subject to local registration, licensing, or regulatory requirements that we have not satisfied.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of the United States, that you are accessing the Service from within the United States, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your location.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals outside the United States. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user outside the United States, we will delete that information.
We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Accessing the Service from jurisdictions where its content or operation is unlawful is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting a notice on the Service or, where we have your email address, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
